All four-character PDB IDs will be exhausted by 2028. Entries with 12-character PDB IDs (e.g., pdb_00002hyv) will only be available in PDBx/mmCIF format. More information.
Contact authors can now use ORCiDs to authenticate OneDep access without the need for password sharing to view and access all their depositions in which the ORCiD has been provided for the contact author. More information.
To make efficient deposition, validate your structures on our anonymous validation server for better data quality before depositing them in OneDep.
To continue with an existing deposition, please login on the left.
Please note that un-submitted sessions will expire 3 months after last login. Un-submitted sessions and uploaded files will be removed once they expire.
To start a new deposition, please complete the form below. Upon completion, you will be emailed login information specific to your new deposition.
Question about an in-progress deposition? For fastest response, login into your session and select the "Communication" page from the left hand navigation panel.
For requests such as entry release or citation updates, please login to the deposition system and send us a message through the communications section
If you have any other feedback, please write to us at
deposit-help@mail.wwpdb.org
Warning: Please note that the current system does not support having multiple sessions open at the same time. To switch between existing sessions please log out using the 'Log out" button in the bottom left corner of the opened deposition.
If your structure is determined by these accepted methods, proceed with OneDep deposition: X-Ray Diffraction, Electron Microscopy, Solution NMR, Solid-state NMR, Neutron Diffraction, Electron Crystallography, Fiber Diffraction.
We strongly recommend that you use ORCiDs login to create new OneDep session and access all your OneDep depositions. More information.
Please select the location of the institute of your Principal
Investigator (PI) for OneDep deposition.
This will
automatically direct to the closest wwPDB data center for faster
response times for communication and computation.

If one or more experimental method(s) or integrative methods used to determine your structure is not a OneDep accepted method(s), but is accepted at PDB-IHM (see PDB-IHM policies), proceed with PDB-IHM deposition at https://pdb-ihm.org/deposit.html. More information can be found on the wwPDB and PDB-Dev websites.
------------
On initiation of a deposition session the wwPDB OneDep system will provide the Corresponding Author with a deposition session password. Responsibility for managing the access information to each deposition session, and hence the privacy of this information, rests with the Principal Investigator(s).
